Your Moodle Username is your ICT University Email Address - (in the format your_ictu_email@ictuniversity.org) while your Password is known to you alone. Common Login Issues and resolutions are listed below.

• If you do not know or do not remember your Moodle Username or Password, click the "Forgotten your username or password?" link on the Moodle login page, type in your ICT University email address in the "email address" field and click "Search" followed by "Continue", you will receive an email with your username and a temporary password valid for 30 mins from the time you perform the reset. Follow the link in the email to login and change your password.
• If you do not have an ICT University Email address or if you have an ICT University email, but cannot log in or do not receive the password reset email, send an email to support@ictuniversity.org with the following information.

• If you currently log in with a Username that is not your ICT University email or have any other issue, please send an email to support@ictuniversity.org to request an update on your account to avoid being locked out of the platform.
